For many years, aluminum can drives have been a popular fund-raising tool. The Aluminum Cans for Education Program changes the aluminum can drive from a one-time financial gain to a year-round revenue stream.
The only requirement of your school/church is to grant my company permission to place our collection carts on your property in an outdoor, pre-approved location available and convenient to the entire community. Additionally, you should periodically mention the Aluminum Cans for Education Program in your newsletters and announcements. These actions require absolutely no cost to your organization.
The program is also available to businesses that generate a large amount of aluminum cans that would like the revenue from the recycling of those cans to benefit their local schools. These businesses would include, but not be limited to multi-office buildings, large companies, restaurants and taverns.
What can be dropped off at the bins? We accept all aluminum beverage cans. Please do not bring aluminum foil, soup cans, plastic or glass. Remember: if it is attracted to a magnet, it is not aluminum.
